Hiking is one of my favorite activities.

Most recently I backpacked in the Tolkien Range just north of Pemberton BC, summiting Mt Gandalf, Mt Aragorn, and Mt Shadowfax. 

The previous summer I backpacked through cathedral park with dad and brother which was an absolute blast!

Some of my favorite hiking was on a family trip to Norway. Highlights included hiking Svolværgeit (goats horns), hiking to Trolltunga, and swimming in the freezing water of the artic circle. 

I also love to dirt bike with my dad and brother. Its always thrilling to get out in the back country and explore gorgeous places or take on intense terrain. We always inevitably end up breaking something but fixing it when we get back home is half the fun. 

During the winter when I am not dirt biking I am usually on the slopes skiing. Annual family trips to big white are always a highlight. My best day of skiing hands down though is the time I got to go Heliskiing with my dad just outside Revelstoke. 

My summers are also always full of waterskiing and cliff jumping in the Burrard Inlet.

Making Cocktails is another one of my favorite hobbies. Some of my signature drinks are:

Japanese Cocktail

Yuzu Syrup, Roku Gin, and Shiso bitters

Taro Snap

Homemade Taro Syrup, Nikka Whiskey, and Mt Fuji bitters 

Midnight Cherry

Homemade Brandy Cherry juice, Dalmore Scotch, Chocolate bitters

Mint to Be

Mint, Ruby Fassionola, Cucumber Gin, Acid Phosphate, Strawberry bitters
